    Ravensburger Dovedale 1000 piece puzzle

    The puzzle is of the standard and quality that you come to expect from Ravensburger. The review would have been 5 stars but for the poor customer service. The puzzles arrived over a week late. When they did arrive one was missing the only explanation was a hand written note on the enclosed invoice stating "Sorry could not locate it" Then had to chase the refund. Needs to do better I think.
