Tamiya 35225 German Schwimmwagen Type 166 Model Kit Scale 1:35

Many German soldiers placed much trust in this amphibious four-wheel drive car, as it superbly handled every kind of road condition it faced, and successfully traversed water obstacles. This is a 1/35 plastic assembly model set of the German amphibious Schwimmwagen Type 166, with a reconnaissance team from the later stages of WWII. The field operations officer is sitting on the front passenger car door next to the vehicle's driver. Standing in front pointing forward is the grenadier, and finally in the black leather jacket is a tank officer, all in natural poses with rich expressions. Also, the propeller which is used when fording, is in the upright position. In the engine bay you can see the Schwimmwagen s four cylinder air cooled engine. Just like how it is portrayed on the kit, you are also able to enjoy the story of this small diorama. Developing this set with other German military 1/35 series, would be pleasurable.
